Business Direct Team Manager, Clydebank

Salary £20,568 - £25,710 DOE

Full Time Permanent

We’re currently looking for a Team Manager to lead a diverse and vibrant team of 10– 12 dynamic and enthusiastic individuals.   Your team will be the first port of call whenever our Business customers need us.   Typical responsibilities include helping customers with day to day business banking enquiries as well as enhancing digital experiences online and via our mobile App. Most importantly and regardless of how and when our customers choose to contact us, its essential that we deliver a Superior Customer Service – Everytime.

Be on it?

You will:

  • Be there – be accountable for inspiring, leading, coaching and developing a team of Business Advisors
  • Be a Brand ambassador - who drives passion in your team. Use effective leadership to deliver a distinct and consistently high level of customer experience via digital and telephone channels.
  • Be helpful – responsible for supporting the development of the individuals within their team to ensure they reach their career potential and deliver on objectives such as customer experience, productivity, proposition and product fulfilment.

We need you to ….

  • Have Customer Service or Banking Experience
  • Have experience in working in a fast paced, dynamic and changing environment
  • Be in a leadership role with expert motivation, communication, influencing and inspirational skills

We would like you to:

  • Have technical & practical knowledge and experience of smartphone and tablet capabilities
  • Be aware of and have enthusiasm for digital trends and emerging technologies
  • Have a  background in contact centre technologies
  • Have an understanding of Bank products, processes and services
  • Have knowledge and understanding of the regulatory requirements and risk and compliance obligations of the role

  • Our contract may be 8am-8pm Monday to Saturday, however our Business Direct Team work Monday to Friday 8am-6pm therefore an example shift would be 9am-5pm
