As a Corporate and Structured Finance Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in providing a professional, efficient and highly skilled support service to our Corporate and Structured Finance Senior Directors, Directors and Associate Directors, enabling the delivery of a superior customer experience.
The role is all about…
Providing an efficient, highly skilled, focussed and support service to Corporate and Acquisition Finance Directors, dealing with complex corporate finance transactions including IBOs, MBOs, acquisitions, recapitalisations, etc. through the accurate preparation and efficient maintenance of lending and securities documentation.
Contributing to the preparation of credit submissions by providing an analysis of business plans, financial, legal and commercial due diligence reports.
Being responsible for the timely and accurate production of regional Corporate management information.
Being responsible for early identification of opportunities for further business across all areas of Business and Private Bank.
We need you to have…
A successful track record in sales, customer relationship management and credit analysis.
The credibility to deal effectively with customers, professional advisors and referral sources.
Previous experience in Financial Services industry, ideally in a Corporate Banking or Corporate Finance environment.
Experience of working with a broad range of stakeholders, internal and external
Tertiary qualifications in a business discipline or a proven track record in business support environment.
Good knowledge of credit policies and procedures and products
Awareness of Risk Management policies and procedures. Fundamental knowledge of lending and securities procedures
