Based in Leeds, you will be primarily responsible for undertaking cutting-edge analysis and reporting to drive the direction of the retail propositions and portfolios whilst identifying potential areas for growth. This ensures that the bank grows in line with risk appetite and within regulatory guidelines and delivers delightfully surprising customer propositions and service.
It’s essential you have…
A numerate degree or equivalent technical experience
Excellent communication, listening and writing skills. An ability to listen, understand and respond professionally
The ability to analyse and interpret data, demonstrating a logical approach to problem solving
Good report writing and presentation skills.
The drive and determination to learn, and to share your knowledge with others.
We would like you to have…
Experience at using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
SAS / SQL coding experience, or experience of other coding languages.
A good understanding of the Retail market and products.
Modelling experience using regression techniques.
Understand the basic principles of Basel Capital Requirements and Credit Risk Modelling (including PD, EAD and LGD models).
