Reporting to the Planning Manager, this role is fun, fast paced and the team’s output is highly visible, so we're looking for an enthusiastic individual who is organised and capable of working in a dynamic environment where quality, accuracy and attention to detail are second to none.
Based in Glasgow City Centre, Planning Analyst will be responsible for the accurate forecasting of medium to short term planning of volumes and resource across our Operations team who serve our growing customer base. You`ll work with key stakeholders within Customer Services and other key areas across the business, supporting our colleagues to achieve service level and provide great customer experiences.
This role is about…
Supporting the Business Teams across Customer Service provide accurate and robust forecasts and data which will highlight key areas for decision making
Delivering accurate planning of FTE, call volume and processing volumes to allow the business to resource effectively
Responsible for engaging with key stakeholders to make tactical operational changes to adhere to service standards, and scheduling work appropriately.
Providing meaningful insight to business areas on strategic opportunities to allow for future growth.
Building strong relationships internally and with external stakeholders to ensure that any planning tools and models meets business and departmental objectives.
We need to you to have…
Experience of building and managing planning models for both telephony and processing functions.
A proven track record of influencing and communicating with external/internal Stakeholders
Advanced analytical capabilities to review business issues through data and process analysis, identify root-causes and implement appropriate solutions to address
Superb attention to detail, with solid analytical skills
Ability to self-manage your responsibilities and deadlines with a pro-active approach
