What’s the job really all about?
The Marketing Manager, Creative Production is accountable for:
The day to day delivery of tactical marketing material and events defined within the Bank’s operational marketing plan which will involve (but isnt limited to) retail, business and broker network support, campaign and event delivery, brand events and internal communications
The Marketing Manager will have responsibility for the end to end process from receipt of brief to delivery of final work.
They will be the first point of contact for the Franchise Marketing teams, network marketing support and the Brand Requests mailbox for the bank
Within this remit they are expected to field and respond to day to day enquiries to ensure activity is delivered on time and to brief.
They are expected to connect and work together with internal and external stakeholders to build strong relationships that will help build trust and achieve great outcomes for customers efficiently and effectively
They are also expected to monitor expenditure on a day to day basis ensuring this remains in line with expectations.
At all times they ensure campaign materials and communications are consistent with the Bank’s brand guidelines in terms of both look and feel and tone of voice.
They ensure that all activity delivered meets internal policy standards and is fully compliant with relevant legal and regulatory requirements, in particular ensuring that Financial Promotions requirements are met and full approval and audit trails are recorded where appropriate.
They will have or build an extensive knowledge of communication excellence and the role of different media in achieving commercial objectives
