Right now we are searching for a Communications Manager – Existing Customer Marketing (Cards) to join our team in Gosforth or Glasgow. What’s the job really all about?
You will be responsible for developing and delivering BAU and Project marketing communications to the our existing Cards customers using a broad suite of communications media - including post, email, digital, text, etc...
You will work closely with the Retail Marketing Franchise teams, IT, Change, Commercial and Operations management to ensure that our Marketing Communication plans are aligned to the broader business goals. You will be a champion for the customer voice and our brand objectives.
Who are we looking for?
As an experienced customer marketer you will have significant experience in managing a broad range of integrated communication campaigns. You will be equally analytical and creative to deliver compelling communications to engage our Cards customers.
You should be personable and have the ability to influence at senior levels, both internally and with third-parties.
