Senior Marketing Manager needed for B&M Creative Production team

Right now we are searching for two Senior Marketing Managers to join our team in Glasgow/Gosforth or London. As well as significant experience across a range of marketing disciplines; proven experience of leading and inspiring teams and agency partners and an understanding of what makes a great piece of communication, we welcome insatiable curiosity and relentless optimism. What’s the job really all about?

The Senior Marketing Manager, Creative Production is accountable for:

  • Leading the Creative production team to deliver on the plan and exceed the expectations of all stakeholders
  • Creating, improving and approving creative/communications briefs
  • A strategic thinker, the role holder will create a range of options and select the best ones for success.
  • Driving customer satisfaction as evidenced by increased NPS, through the delivery of consistent brand messaging and ensuring all customer communications reflect the purpose and support defined brand expectations
  • Driving customer retention by re-defining BAU/mandatory communications to turn each interaction from a legal necessity to an engagement opportunity
  • Building capability across the wider team via coaching and development and instilling a culture of agility
  • Leading the brand development of store formatting and branch refresh programmes
  • Operating within a robust and rigorous compliance and budget control framework
  • Working closely with all LT members and developing/building relationships that allow them to understand the motivations, obligations and objectives of each part of the wider team
  • Ensuring that the learning’s from previous campaigns are incorporated within future developments to ensure that a process of on-going improvement and increased efficiency is embedded within the team.
  • Monitoring and resolving copyright infringements and risks. Ensuring mitigating strategies are in place, ensuring full compliance with all Corporate standards, policies, processes and procedures with all external legal, regulatory and voluntary code obligations, thus enabling the customer to be provided with a high quality, professional and compliant service.
